What is the policy regarding cancellations?

Indeed. All planned and hourly rides from airports, train stations, homes, workplaces, gaming centers, theaters, restaurants, movie theaters, shopping centers, and other locations you wish to visit are covered by the cancelation policy.
Free Cancellation: If customers notify us of changes to their reservation before 12 hours, we will make the appropriate adjustments at no cost to them. Our drivers always plan ahead to minimize needless delays in their arrival time.
Airport Pickup: In order to receive a free cancelation, customers must notify Chicago Executive Drive and car service in advance if their flight is delayed or cancelled and will take longer than 60 minutes to arrive as planned. We shall charge the full fee for any cancellations or changes in booking times that the consumer notifies us of after 1 hour.
Airport Departures: If you cancel within 4 hours of the pick-up and drop-off time, you will be charged in full, with the exception of long-distance trips, in which case you will receive a complete return. Customers who cancel during the last hour will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Free Refunds Up to 4 Hours Before Pickup Time:
We acknowledge this and promise to cover the entire fare in the event that you violate the cancellation policy. Customers will be deemed to have canceled at the last minute or not shown up, in which case they will be required to pay the entire fee. If they do not cancel their ride before 4 hours, they will be charged the full fare.
